Shipping information
All artworks are gift wrapped and packaged in protective wrap and a strong box. Depending on the size and the client’s preference the extra large artworks will require a custom built shipping crate if sent internationally.
All the extra large artworks sent within Switzerland will be personally delivered free of charge.
The existing artworks are shipped within 5 working days. In the unusual event of a delay, I will inform you of a new shipping date as soon as possible and keep in touch when scheduling a delivery date and time when necessary.
Paintings are shipped with Swiss parcel post (A-post) in Switzerland. For international orders the paintings will be shipped via DHL Express or UPC In all cases, I will provide in time the tracking details of the respective shipping partner.
All deliveries are signed for at the given address along with the proof of delivery.
In the unfortunate event of a missing package, I provide a full refund, unless the package when tracked shows as arrived and signed for at any address.
The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
Duty & Taxes for my order
Whenever artworks (goods) are purchased from outside the customer’s country, duty and tax may have to be paid to the local Customs unless both customer and artists are based within the same country.
It is the responsibility of the customer placing the order to pay any local import taxes and duties unless agreed with me otherwise.
To get an indication of the cost to expect you may want to check an online calculator such as Simply Duty (https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/). Please keep in mind that these values are only estimated and that I am still seeing some discrepancies between what the calculator says should be charged and what is actually charged (e.g. calculator’s estimate would usually apply a standard VAT rate and it will NOT include the individual carrier’s admin surcharge for example).
